Our Mission
Our mission at Carol’s Hope is to help as many local families in the Upstate as possible who are battling childhood cancer. Insurance doesn’t begin to cover the emotional and discretionary financial burdens that come with childhood cancer. It affects everyone in the family; parents, grandparents, siblings, and most of all, the child who, many times, must undergo months of treatment, missing school and activities with their friends.
There are several ways you can make a difference. We want your help. We need your help. We have an outstanding team of employees, volunteers, and business partners who are all passionate and committed to our mission. We look forward to hearing from you. We cherish and value your contributions.

Our Founder Carol Moeller
In 2014, Carol decided to launch Carol’s Hope, her thrift store idea, raising money through thrift store revenues and helping local families battling this ugly and expensive visitor named cancer.
Since then, she’s helped dozens of local families in South Carolina, with travel, meals, scholarships, daily household needs, transportation and the list goes on.
